On August 31, the pre-trial fermentation stage of the project has been completed in Fenghua Gunma Wine Co., Ltd. in, which means they officially entered into the mid-trial stage.

    It is introduced that although Fenghua peach is famous around the country, it always comes to be put off seriously because of its specialities, which containes early maturing, time to market more concentrating, and the shelf temperature require so strict. To solve this problem, the City Academy of Agricultural Science Institute decided to change the processing of agricultural products peaches ways and patterns of consumption, so they started to develop peach wine. And if the project developes successfully, peach property will be greatly improved, ant the deep process industries of peach will also be expanded greatly.
